What type of events do you cater?
All, any, and every type! We have experience with upscale events for hundreds of guests, intimate dinner parties for 12, or a business lunch for 60. Our talented staff can help you with any and all needs.
I have a last minute order, can you help me?
While we prefer all orders be placed at least 48 hours in advance in order to make sure ingredients, staffing, and delivery are available, we will do our best to accommodate you. We understand every last minute order and situation is different. Please call us ASAP and give us as many details as possible. We will check the schedule and work with the kitchen staff to see how we can help you.
What is the service fee?
The Service Fee is an industry standard that addresses the fluctuating costs of our products - the cost of fuel, environmental factors, and the market in general all play a part. Instead of frequently adjusting our menu prices to reflect these changes, we apply a service charge.

I have special dietary needs, can I order a custom menu?
We are happy to work with you to accommodate any special dietary needs. Gluten-free, vegan, lactose-free - just let us know. Our chefs love a challenge!
Can I provide a family recipe to be used at my events?
Of course! We know sometimes you want to serve a very personal menu that will include a family recipe, especially for weddings. We are happy to do our best to make that happen.
Do you have a liquor license? Can we have alcohol at our event?
No & yes! Tasteful Gatherings does not have a liquor license but has an ABC Certification to serve alcohol at your event. Sometimes special circumstances require special permits. Speak with your event planner if you have any questions.

We have relationships with many, many event venues in Cleveland and Chattanooga and can recommend some of our favorites.

What delivery methods do you offer?
Pick up: You pick up from our kitchen.
Drop off: We deliver the food in disposable containers.
Real display: We prepare the tables and food serving area including linens, glasses, tableware, etc.
Full service: We do everything including, food prep, creating the display, professional food service and clean up.

Do you have a minimum order for delivery?
Yes, we require a $125 food minimum for delivery during the week. For a Saturday or Sunday delivery we require a food minimum of $250.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Yes, there is a nominal fee for deliveries based on the event, venue location and travel. Additional charges may apply for certain locations or times that are not during regular business hours.
