Next we let our team of culinary creatives run with what we have learned from the discovery. Our chefs will create a menu that balances your event specific needs with your style and budget. From the time we have our discovery interview to you receiving an initial menu is generally one week. From there, we will make any requested changes to make sure the menu is a perfect fit for you, your guests and your budget.

We specialize in family style, plated, chef station, and passed hors d'oeuvre events. Do to maintaining the integrity of our food, we tend to stay away from buffet service styles.
